Medals could hardly be more broken

Medals could hardly be more broken. I posted this on the forums as have many others but havve only just found this... Why is there a forum for bugs if its being ignored?

Medal task descriptions are woeful. Get 10 headshots should read 10 headshot kills, or another get 20 kills in a round should have in brackets (count as kills do not count for this medal), get 20 supression assists should have but not squad assists and vice versa. Th list goes on.

The tasks for each medal don't update consistently, often missing individual registrations and sometimes just not updating from server so progress resets for completed tasks and medals.

Historical tracking resets randomly sometimes on partially completed tasks.

Some medals (like the behemoth medal) are so contextual/ situaitonal that they make no sense and are only luck that you might get a losing round by more than 50 tickets and be dead when the thing appears and be lucky to get a seat in a gun that can do the task (eg. destroy 5 vehicles is no good in a regular MG)

Medal weekly reset is not working and for many this week just shows last weeks set of medals, so if you completed them then there is nothing to do. Update here is that new weeks appeared, started progress then today the medal fliped back to last week again.

The medal system (one tracked only), even if it were working is counter to teamwork in the game as lots are ignoring the objective to try and get their individual medal. It's also bad for casual players with limited time because progress resets on medals each week.

I can find no acknowledgement from EA on these issues, nevermind a plan to fix. One tweet, patch note or reply to a forum post that your looking at it is a start.

Now I see David has said that one of the issues has been raised but not the numerous other issues. Please advise what is going on?
