Medals reset bug

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Medal resets each to medals I have already earned.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When the medals reset each week it resets them to medals I have already earned.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the medals reset each week it resets them to medals I have already earned.
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number
Enter RAM memory size in GB

 When the medals reset each week it resets them to medals I have already earned. Is there any way to fix this so that I can work on medals that I have not earned yet?

    That's not a Bug at all, the system give you Medals randomly.
    I have the same problem because i just miss one more. 😉
    I know it can be a bit annoying, but just wait for the Medals what you need.

    Ah that's annoying. I've been getting the same medals for the past few weeks though. I wish we could choose our own medals to work on.
