MFplat.DLL is missing from your computer

Hello, I've recently done a fresh install of windows8.1 all the programmes I have are currently: Steam, Skype, Origins, Teamspeak and google chrome and my anti virus now I was playing battlefield 4 fine 6 hours ago and now... I get this

I have googled around and micrsoft supplied something to fix this but its only for windows 7 from what I have seen.

"The program can't start because MFPlat.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the programe to fix this problem.

    Hey bro I just did that no luck! WTF.

    Thanks for your help man I really appreicate your time to help me out today but I just reinstalled windows7 onto my machine too much headache I need to go to work later haha.

    DLL errors can be a full pain to fix I had a fight with on on win 7 lol. Your welcome have a good shift at work keep me posted if you need more help.
