missiles don't work on helicopters
OK, so in BF4 I fire a stinger missile at a helictoper and it doesn't work. I know this is the ECM jammer, but when I can lock on the missile seems to just swerve away from the helicopter at the last second just before hitting it. Other times I have seen smoke come from the helicopter (this may be the repair tool?) and then when the smoke is there I can't lock onto it at all.
Thanks in advance for any replies, I just have no idea what is happening here.
It sounds like when you are unable to lock on, or when the missile misses, it is because the pilot has deployed their counter-measures (flares, smoke or ECM)
