Sorry to hear about this issue.
When you did the Easter Egg, were you the last one to press the button at the end when the smoke appeared?
If not, you may have to repeat these steps to obtain the Dog Tag, and do the Easter Egg again.
The Dog Tag will show up once everything has been completed.
