@TheKingLJGI'm sorry to hear that, try to re-login the game or wait a while, if your server is only one person and you have finished the egg, dogtag will definitely give it to you

Were you able to achieve getting this Dog Tag?
Make sure you are the one who presses the last button before the smoke appears, and you should definitely get the Dog Tag.
