Missing beta dogtage

I had finished the beta event ( 4 days gameplay and 15 lv)
but i didn't get my dogtage
can you please help me check about it?

Ive never received my tag either question is why does EA lie to us ? Why they didn't give me what i supposed to get anyway star wars was same did plenty got fu.k all
