please restart your game, your missing skin should be there then 🙂

strange, I usually have to restart the game after each of these unlocks to use a new skin.

Another idea, please play a round and try to equip your new skin in the soldier customization in the server, not in the main menu.

We are currently looking into this issue about missing skin for MP18. 

I'll update as soon as I heard anything new.

I'm missing MP18 skin too.

When I first unlocked this skin, it said that it was an MP28. It's been fixed to MP18 since, and I claimed the same skin a second time. It looks like the devs fixed it.
