Missing DLC

I recently bought unlock everything dlc on steam, but after 24 hours I still didn't receive it on the EA app, is it a server issue or my purchase didn't went through? (My level in-game or loadouts didn't get updated too.)

Hi @dagner255 Do you mean that you didn't receive the purchase or the applicable items from the kit weren't received?

Also, please note that the shortcut kits do not unlock everything. They will not unlock weapons which are part of a DLC, for example, so the challenges will still need to be completed.

I didn't receive the purchase, I got the dlc on steam but it somehow didn't transfer to EA, so I dont have level, guns etc
