Missing DLCs to play to play carrier assault, help

I try to play Carrier Assault and it says "You are missing one or more DLCs played on this server". I tried restoring my licenses in Settings>PSN like the fella that helped out the China rising guy but still no joy.  This also happened with china rising and capture the flag but they eventually fixed themselves. I bought premium before all of that came out. I even tried talking with the EA people to figure it out and they were rude with no answers and in the middle of texting with the **bleep** nugget he ended the conversation. EA, origin, and Dice are a joke. Someone please help. Thanks a lot.

    I am sorry that you had trouble with our support. I checked your case and I was not able to find any rude comment or behavior from our Game Advisor. It might be an issue with the chat but he waited a while after providing the details.

     

    Have you already tried to delete your whole game data on your console in order to re-install BF4, Premium and the expansion from the store? It might be that some corrupted game or update files are blocking you from the expansion.
