Missing DLL [MSVCP110.dll] Error 0x7E

After i updated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 i got an error (see title)

Things i've tried

-I tried installing vcredist through Battlefield 4's game directory

-I tried downloading the .dll file and place it into Battlefield 4's game map

-I tried to repair the game through Origin

-I tried reinstalling the game (and deleting everything that had with Battlefield to do

battlefield 4

    Is there any updates for Windows 10 in windows update?

    Did you download the game fresh or did you use a backup?

    Only update i can see is an update for Windows Defender.

    I downloaded the game, and while i had it installed like usual i updated to Windows 10 and since then i have never been able to play it again.

    After upgrading to Win 10 had the same issue. I did all the above, I downloaded fresh VC packages from Microsoft but the problem persists. Any other idea ???
