Missing DLL: Xinput9_1_0.dll Error

http://i.imgur.com/R9F8HFL.jpg 1. DirectX 2. Redist 3. Re-intall 4. Origin Beta 5. Windows Att  None of this solve my problem. Neither EA support.

Did you try reinstalling your graphics drivers (choose a clean install in the advanced install options)?

        This may be a DLL for an input device. Try reinstalling any mouse or keyboard drivers you may be using.
