Hello,
I've recently been trying to receive Veteran Status for my account (because of issues with missing game content), but I've been told by customer support that it is no longer being provided due to changes with the tools on their end as of recent. I was wondering if this is universal and or if it still can be changed through other means?

That's the weird thing. I went to two different customer support members and both have said that they are no longer able to change it. I was then told to create a post on here for help.

@Gazingpenguin That is because nobody is trained on Battlelog support any longer since it's been dead since 2016 when BF1 came out. There are a couple of CSRs who are still trained but they are rare and getting more rare by the day.
