Missing Item from Battlepack
I received and opened a Mare's Leg Battlepack while in game, and received three items.
Instead of a fourth item, I was given a "STANDARD Missing Item - An error occurred while retrieving your items. Please retry the action or contact EA Customer Service."

I shared the battlepack in question.
Attempting to contact EA Customer Service caused me to wind up here, or with the web page hanging forever on the "Complete Request" stage.
Unfortunately, the Mare's Leg has a glitch that you do not get all the attachments. There is nothing that can be done to fix this besides a patch from DICE and I know they won't be fixing it.
