3 years agoHey @SGTwharton To confirm should you have an active game pass sub and have you linked your EA and Xbox accounts already? If so, lets try the following and check if you can get online.
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
