missing online access ps4

Upon first loading the game i played half a game of multiplayer and was kicked from the server. 2 days later and i still have no access to multiplayer with the screen saying - "missing online acces...

    How did they help you fix it?! I cannot find any solutions.

      If you are still receiving an error with "Missing Online Access" for console, please check to make sure you are on the correct Gamertag or PSN ID that purchased the game. If you are sharing an Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus membership, please double-check to see if you are still connected to the main account with the current membership, or check if your membership is still active.
