Missing Operations Campaign Melee weapons

you are talking about the "Customize Soldier " screen, right?

Have you checked "Weapons & Gadgets" as well?

"Customize" also doesn´t show your DLC weapon unlocking progress, that´s a known issue.

Hopefully they´ll fix that 🙂

I can see every puzzle weapon in "Weapons & Gadgets", even the ones that I haven´t unlocked yet.

"Customize Soldier" is only showing my completed puzzle weapons.

That's true @Ourumov13, I can see them either way. While I can see the two mentioned weapons in the Career tab on the website, I can't see them on the "Weapons & Gadgets" screen in the game either, I'll pass that info on. Thanks, great spot!
