Missing permission for multiplayer

I recently installed BF1 but I came across a problem I had never seen before, "missing permission for multiplayer", I played it a few years ago, but everything was fine, but this time this appeared, and I I have the Game Pass Ultimate subscription with EA Play, and even so, multiplayer permission is missing, my account has no restrictions and the subscription expires only next month
