Missing Premium Pass On Xbox One

Question

I had Premium Pass on BF1 since February & lost it 3-4 days ago along with They Shall Not Pass dlc, Deluxe Edition. Contacted EA twice and the first time they had me unplug console, restart & got everything back except Premium Pass. They verified that I did buy Premium Pass.

A couple of days later, contacted EA again about Premium Pass missing & was told to uninstall everything of BF1, reinstall which I did but still no Premium Pass.

Went to store also as I was told but it wants me to buy it again, even though I was told my Premium Pass somehow was in a vault.

Can somebody please help me? I've done everything I was told but yet no Premium Pass.

Hey there @metaldad62When you go in-game and look to the top right, does it say "Premium pass" under the Battlefield 1 logo there ? If so, it does detect it, but the content doesn't register right.Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the Premium Add-on itself ? https://help.ea.com/sg/help/battlefield/battlefield-1/battlefield-1-download-content-xbox-one/If there is no "Premium pass" text at all at the top right, it means it isn't detecting it at all. In such a case, are you sure that your Xbox Gamertag and EA Account are linked to each other properly and that you are not using a sub account but a main one ? https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/I hope this would help, but until I know the situation a bit more accurately it is difficult to give more detailed answers.
