EA have been saying to me this is a known issue for 8 weeks now and DICE are working on a fix, but nothing! Its not in the DICE list of known issues!
This should be an easy one to solve!
I have been having this problem since December ... I don't get any service stars at all any more for vehicles and classes ... Commander mode still gives them when I use ipad ... I have an open ticket with the specialist team in ea but no one has contacted me yet since December ... Very frustrating
Is this happening to everyone or just a few of us unlucky people
Hard to compete for high score in this game with this issue happening to only some people ... Easy to rack up points when service stars are working .. Especially during double point events and boosts
I figure I am missing millions of points at this point
