Missing skin for the M1911 "Package from Home"

Dear Answers HQ,

      The month before-June, there was an in-game assignment-Play to Give available, the completion of which would have ensured you the "Package from Home" distinguished skin for the M1911 sidearm. As long as I remember the requirements for the skin were to do either of the following things: resupply 10 people, or revive 10 people, or get 10 assists, or get 10 savior kills. As a player who loves to play the support class in BF1, I chose to do the resupplies, and in the first game I played I am sure that I did more than 30 of them, as I receive 3 ribbons for the 10 resupplies in a game. Then, all I had to do was to wait until 12th of June, when the rewards from the Play to Give campaign were scheduled to be released. When I get into the game on the 12th, I found only the "Play to Give" dog tag, but not the M1911 skin. After visiting the EA Support Center I saw that other people had already complained about the same issue. There I found a reply, stating that the rewards will be given to players on the 23rd of June, but, unfortunately, I still haven't received the skin. Today, July the 7th, I am writing to you with the hope given to me by the last video of the gamer and you tuber Westie, who states that I can contact you and receive my reward after you activate the skin on my account.
