Missing stats

Hi my stats have disappeared has anyone got any ideas for getting them back. I was on level 69. I've left a few days hoping my stats would reset when l logged on next but that hasn't happened.

    Play a match and they normally come back, normally a sync issue. 

    @WindowsManTv_CZE  EA support cant restore stats.

my stats are blank and I have played online matches today, I cant even see my ranking, it dissapeared last week

Playing a match should work to sync everything back, what platform and region are you in? @djwest32
