I'm sorry to hear that you were sent here for help with this, but missing content is not something we can assist with here on Answers HQ.
I will review the case you created and forward it up to see if this is something that we can prevent from happening again. Again, apologies that we cannot assist with this here directly. For issues with missing content I can only suggest following up with the EA Help team to see if there's anything they could do.
