Missing/Locked Emblem Shapes

You have to make sure you unlocked the shapes in the first place, some shapes can only be received by opening Battlepacks. Did you make the emblems manually or did you copy and paste the emblem from a website for emblems?

Most of my emblems are homemade by myself, I gave up copying and pasting a little while ago.
Roughly a week ago (before the server shutdowns on older consoles) I had access to these shapes without no issue, which I don’t know why these shapes are locked again. Some of my emblems have these shapes already preloaded on them when I was creating them.
Honestly, there is not much I can do. I can only recommend that you talk with EA support, they might be able to help you out.
