The dog tags you should get for completing a mission 20 times won't unlock. I've completed 2 missions over a 20 times now but they both haven't unlocked the dog tags.
The bars on the mission page are filled but the dog tags are greyed out on both the mission page and dog tag page.
For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you
