Mouse and keyboard input and screen flicker on BF3/BF4

My mouse and keyboard won't work for BF3 and BF4. They work on Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Steam games like H1Z1, but not BF3 or BF4.

The game loads in fine, but as soon as overwolf (my teamspeak capture software) opens up in game and shows the fps counter, the game freezes and all input from my devices is null. This software never seemed to cause this problem before. What's weird is it works in game sometimes, and it works on steam games too. There's also a weird bug where little inputs like zooming on the minimap or hitting esc causes the screen to flicker or it causes the mouse and keyboard to stop working. Something tells me there's a messed up file or it's a graphics issue. My razer chroma also changes profiles randomly in BF3 and BF4, but not other games like BFBC2 or Steam games. 

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I bought a new motherboard (msi 970 gaming) also. I have a razer deathadder mouse and an hp keyboard.

I have tried many things to fix this problem like changing the user config, or deleted the pro_save_profile file. I rolled back razer chroma drivers and made sure no controllers were plugged in. I've tried a lot of stuff and nothing works. I tried repairing the games in origin, made sure graphics drivers are up to date, and I tried changing it to windowed then back to fullscreen again and nothing worked.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
