Just to make sure no outside application is messing things up, try a clean boot (without disabling Punkbuster):

  • Also change your polling rate (Report Rate) on the Mouse from 1000 to 500 if you can via the Mouse's software. Also if you Enhance Pointer Precision you can try and disable that as well. But other then that i would second Carbonics suggestion.

  • Finally  discovered what caused it.It was the mouse program .exe started task manager, edned the process and the input lag is gone.

Thank you for your response and suggestions it was very frustrating not to find it over a week.

Glad you managed to find the cause of the issue. Best to check if there is an updated version of software for your mouse if its needed.

As this was an outside application interfering with Battlefield 4 and a clean boot is mainly used to determine if this is the issue I will mark my former post as the solution so others with similar issues can see this troubleshooting method. I'm glad you found what you are looking for 🙂
