Movement while sprinting broke... Help

I typically don't turn to the forums, I'm not very forum savvy, but I have no other options.  I went out of town for four days, I came back, and now while sprinting in game the only movement I can make is strafe left.  I can NOT jump/leap over objects, I can't strafe right.  This heavily hinders me, and makes the game unplayable.  It isn't my keyboard, as I can hold the left shift and "D" together and it works (as you can see).  I have installed and reinstalled, still nothing.  I use chrome.

    Please, check your key bindings for the game controls in the game settings menu, while in game. Do this in the test range or an empty server, where you can not be disturbed. When you get there check the keys set to the controls, it maybe that your key bindings have changed, if so change them back to what every you want, that suits your game play stile and save it.

    sadly that was the first thing i checked, and even reset.  the key bindings are not incorrect, but i appreciate the response.  This seems like a weird issue that no one else I know is having.

    Try the "Repair Install". Press your game icon in origin and press "Repair Install". If it does not work, re-install origin. Delete your browser history and try a different browser.
