Hi @Robert_Sepehr I've just checked the browser on my Xbox and can see servers, and quick match is working too from the look of things.
Might be worth checking with your ISP and going through the connectivity guide again (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/) as that error code is related to connection. You could try a total reinstall ad well, but I'm not sure if that'll help.
I've re-installed and I've had the ports forwarded. Everything checks out on my end and other games work fine. It's very stange.
