Much higher ping in game, but much lower ping in server browser

Hello! I have a very frustrating issue of having very high ping in game right now. And this issue happened after the November 9 maintenance.

I am a PC Battlefield 1 player. I live in SEA Singapore, and I mainly play in Japan servers and sometimes but rarely play in HK servers (HK servers have too many hackers).

Before the maintenance, I normally have around 75ms ping in many Japan servers and around 35ms ping in HK servers. All is good. No latency.

However, after the November 9th maintenance, I login in again and find my ping in the server browser page and in game is totally different.

In the server browser page, I see I have 68ms in most of the Japan servers and 45ms in most of the HK servers. But when I enter the game in those Japan servers, my ping just shows as 180ms+.

I tried entering in some HK servers, and it's normal. My ping in the server browser page is 45 and in game ping in the HK server is 38.

I don't use wireless connection, and I already checked all of my internet connection setting at home. There is no problem. I also tried to reset my router, unplug & plug my ethernet cable multiple times. Nothing changes. My in game ping in most of the Japan servers still shows as 180ms+

This is really frustrating!

I'm wondering if my issue has anyting to do with the maintenance? Or this is a UI bug? Or my IP address has got affected by something?

I attached several screenshots to prove what I said. Please assist me. This is really annoying because I can't play with such high ping!
