Multiplayer connection - stuck “connecting”

Hi all - I am on ps5, checked connection speeds of 90 dow load and 54 upload (is that the issue?) , based in singapore and keep getting “connecting” when trying to connect to multiplayer on BF1 … any suggestions ??
