I can imagine 2 reasons for that.

Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold or PS+ membership (depends on your platform)?

Does your account have any underage restrictions?

Please check these 2 possibilities, I hope you can enjoy BF1 soon 🙂

it says i don't have access to play online even tho i have Xbox live i'm on Xbox one s please help tell me how my mom can give me the right permits to play this game because shes okay with it
