Multiplayer Issues
I have just bought Battlefield 1 and I can't play multiplayer. It says Access Denied and Sorry you are not eligible to participate in this activity. I don't know what's wrong with it.

I can imagine 2 reasons for that.
Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold or PS+ membership (depends on your platform)?
Does your account have any underage restrictions?
