Multiplayer won’t connect for BF1

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Won’t let me play. Even when I try to join servers manually it won’t let me join. In the odd chance it actually brings up the matchmaking screen it just sits there. Might be connected with the progress reset I am experiencing as well.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Totally unsure. I got ejected from a server cause the connection failed. Might have stated there.
What happens when the bug occurs? It just spins and spins. Won’t join a game.

Hello there,

as mentioned in numerous other threads, there was a short timeframe where the stats could not be fetched correctly. This has since been resolved and was only an intermittent issue.

Same problem here I have contacted EA support but they did nothing just told me it was a bug and they were looking into it. Pretty upsetting because I had 100+ hours into multiplayer!

Hello there,

As noted in my original post, this issue went well beyond the minor error with stat fetching. I just thought that might be related.
The game booted me from the server, and then failed to even attempt to connect to any server for several hours.
I restarted both of my Xboxes, my router, and even reset my power. All to no avail. Then it just started working again.
Point is, you need to do a deeper diagnostic than just the fetch issue.

Whenever I load up the game it just says “installing multiplayer 1% of game installed” but that number never goes up its been like this for about 2 weeks
