My already UNLOCKED dogtag just disappeared - waiting for solution from EA/DICE!

I unlocked the Sagittarius dogtag months ago. Yesterday only one tag was missing to complete the whole zodiac line and it was the Gemini tag. I managed to complete the 100 heals and claimed the tag ...

    Hey @Normandie-I944 we have not had Sagittarius dog tag yet in Battlefield 1, are you sure you had it?

Hey Atic,

Many thanks for your quick reply and the update. The strangest thing is that the Sagittarius tag seemed available during the last few months until I received the Gemini one.

Before unlocking the Gemini even the status showed 11/12 so when I claimed the Gemini I thought this is the last one in line. That's why I was totally under shock when I realized I received the Gemini but the progress is still 11/12 and the Sagittarius just went back to the locked status. Maybe it was some kind of bug during this time? Anyways many thanks for your help and feedback!
