How can I enter China Rising (DLC) in BF4? I can't find China Rising in BF4.

China Rising does not have a campaign, in fact no DLC has a singleplayer campaign in Battlefield 4.

If you own the DLC, just join maps that are from the China Rising DLC. You can filter maps in the Battlefield 4 server browser.
