My Battlefield 1 account has been wrongly banned for over 10 months
I have made many appeals, but the situation has not been resolved. I have no other choice but to seek help on EA forum .So i am writing this sincere letter to formally appeal the ban applied to my Battlefield 1 account, hoping you can conduct a thoroughre-review of my account.
On October 31st last year, I suddenly received an email stating that my BF1 account had been banned for cheating. However, during that period, I was constantly playing Battlefield 6 and hadn't opened Battlefield 1 for a full month.
Furthermore, as a devoted fan of the Battlefield series and a victim of various cheating behaviors, I personally detest cheating behavior with the greatest disgust.During my playthrough of Battlefield 6, I successfully reported several cheaters multiple times.
Besides, my K/D ratio before the ban was only 1.2, which is just at the level of an average player.
I've put a lot of effort into Battlefield 1, so I was really disappointed when I found out my account had been banned. I guarantee with my honor that I have absolutely not used any cheating software.
I would be extremely grateful if I could have access to my account's ban status.
Hey Needforpower0 ,
Sorry to hear that your previous appeals didn't lead to the result you were hoping for. Unfortunately, we aren't able to support or escalate appeals for account actions here on the forums, as we lack the necessary tools to do so.
If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, you'll need to continue following these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal.
Once you create the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page to view its status, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
