My BF1 account has been banned
I have been banned since December last year, and EA said that my game has been enhanced. Brother, I am really speechless. I haven't done anything, and even my record is outrageous. How could I cheat?...

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums, and you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team to raise an appeal. But you mention that you've already done that with nothing happening; have they just declined your appeals? When did you raise a ticket with them? It can take a few days for them to get back to you, so if they were super recent I'd recommend waiting and you should get an email back from them.
