This has hapoened to me twice now the first time i was halfway through the campsign an this time i comoleted it with gold medals on every mission but when i started up the game none of my unlocks were there, and my save was just gone. All i really wanted was the P90 and that other gun. Please help

First things first...which platform are you using?
Ok...do you have playstation plus?
If yes try this workaround:
1) Go to your settings and go into your application save data.
2) Go to your Save Data in System Storage.
3) Delete both your Profile Data and your Backup Save Data.
4) Exit your Save Data in System Storage and go to Saved Data in Online Storage.
5) Once you're in, Download both your previous Profile and Backup Save Data.
6) Start Battlefield, and you should able to resume your campaign.
