Please try uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1 on your Platform, and see if you are able to get the most recent update.
Also, make sure that you have enough Space on your platform for the Update to download.
If you still need help, let us know.
Thank you 🙂
- Anonymous8 years agoI already reinstalled the game and it still say the same it say see http://help.ea.com/artical/not-able -to-connect-to-online-play for additional information
Try running Origin as Administrator, and run the Battlefield 1 executable file in your Program Files as Administrator.
Also, make sure that you have the Origin In-Game Overlay turned off in the Origin Launcher.
Hope this helps.
Thanks 🙂- Anonymous8 years agoOrigin? And what is funny if I try to go to b1 using b4 it let me go to b1 but it does not let me play
If you are on PC, the program that you use to launch Battlefield 1 is called Origin.
If you are on Console, please let me know, and I will see if I can find more information for you.
Thank you
