My game wont go online it says new update but i dont new update

Why my home won't go online it say new update I don't see new update

@FIZzPath,

Please try uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1 on your Platform, and see if you are able to get the most recent update.

Also, make sure that you have enough Space on your platform for the Update to download.

I already reinstalled the game and it still say the same it say see http://help.ea.com/artical/not-able -to-connect-to-online-play for additional information

    @FIZzPath

    Try running Origin as Administrator, and run the Battlefield 1 executable file in your Program Files as Administrator.

    Also, make sure that you have the Origin In-Game Overlay turned off in the Origin Launcher.

      Origin? And what is funny if I try to go to b1 using b4 it let me go to b1 but it does not let me play

        @FIZzPath,

        If you are on PC, the program that you use to launch Battlefield 1 is called Origin.

        If you are on Console, please let me know, and I will see if I can find more information for you.
