My key was already redeemed Battlefield 1
Hello, I bought a code of this game (Battlefield 1) for my account, but the key showed that it was already activated. I need to know the date and time this key was activated.

Hey,
I bought it in the ENEBA platform, to a third-party seller. People form the platform told me that they need the time and date when the key was activated so they can move the case. I sent an email to EA support to provide me that info. Man I just wanna play haha. I'm tired of this.
@N1codemus96 EA Help aren't likely to give you that information for security reasons. Potentially the code has been redeemed on someone else's account and is being resold.
I'd personally recommend requesting a refund from the seller if possible and then buying from an official store.
