my list of codex isn't updating

Just since Friday 13th (creepy), the completed Campaign codex challenges aren't showing in my Soldier screen, nor in my Battle Companion. However, any codexes I unlock in multiplayer are updating cor...

Hello @virtual3 

This is a weird issue indeed. Have you tried to power cycle (turn it off and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes, before turning it on again) your console? Your multiplayer progress is not frozen as well by any chance?

The multiplayer progress is working, it's just unlocks I complete in the Campaign have stopped being displayed in my list of completed codexes.

I'll try completely switching off my PS4.

      The problem persists. I've unlocked more codexes in both campaign mode and multiplayer, but only the multiplayer codexes are shown as unlocked in the Soldier/codex screen. 

      What else can can I try to fix the problem?
