    There were same few cases back in last week , they all got resolved but you need to verify each and everything of that account like game purchased , mode of payment etc  ... feel free to contact EA Customer Care , select country US if you wish to chat live with them ..

what the reason to buy games when we don't have any support my account stolen and i cannot find anyone to help me   good job EA  ORIGIN

did you creat a new account to sign in here?

like i said, contact ea.

you should have proof for buying the games and DLCs.

talk to them, they must have your old email adress and password

you should at least try to call them.

ea are the only persons who can help you.
