My Origin Account was Hacked

Follow the next procedures if you think your account
has been hacked.

When you have received a notification that you e-mail address has
been changed without you request or you experience any other
strange activities that look like your accounts has become unsecure,
create a new account by using the directions below.

To create a new EA (Origin) Account:
* Go to http://help.ea.com and choose "register".
* Enter an e-mail address, previously not used on a EA/Origin account
* Choose your ID and your password and fill in the other required fields.
Use only accurate information
* Contact a game advisor from your new account

Contact a game advisor
* go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
* Login
* Fill in account in the search bar
* hit find solutions
* Then select Origin as your product, account security as category and pc as platform.
* Hit find solutions.
* Click on I "I still need help"

Choose your contact option.

Please, have the following information available when you contact a
game advisor.

* A key from one of the games you own, it is the easiest way you
get the right account. If one cannot be supplied, a Gamertag, PSID
of character from online games will be accepted
* Your e-mail address we can use to contact you
* The e-mail adress of the account that has become unsecure
* Your actual birth date
* The birthday to use for your account
