My Origin Account was Hacked

I need someone's help. My origin account got hacked(IM not sure how long ago it happened). When I tried to log in it wouldn't accept my password so I requested to have a new one sent to my email because for some reason my email was the same even though I never got an email about changing my password it before hand. When they sent me an email it was in Russian so I translated it and it said welcome lisic1997 which isn't my tag, my tag is xBLIZzEDx. So after I changed my password and got in, my info was different,my friends were deleted, the language was set in Russian and my pic was changed. When I went to change my personal info it asked me my security question but the question was you are a lis&&. I have no idea what that even is so my info is stuck as this lisic1997 guys info. I have no idea how to fix this.

When I try to contact them through live chat it just tells me a wait time and when I click chat now nothing happens. Thanks.

    For all account related issues, you would need to contact the support team directly for help,For security and confidentiality reasons we cannot discuss any account details on a public forum.

    Follow these steps to get a game advisor:

    1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
    2. Where it says, What Can We Help you With, type in the game name
    3. Click Find Solutions
    4. Select "Billing/Purchasing" from the drop-down list
    5. Click: Find Solutions
    6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"
    The Window Will Open...
    Depending on your geographical location and the time of day, you'll see a choice of contact options - Phone, Live Chat or Email.
