My premium code on BF4 says no longer valid?

I went to the midnight release of BF4 at GameStop, and I got the game WITH premium. (Extra 50 dollars.) They gave me the game with the code on the receipt, came home, tried the code and it says "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. Please check your entries." I did it 6 times total. 3 through the playstation store, 3 through the battlefield menu "redeem codes." And it's not working. I want to speak to a EA worker. Through phone call would be best.

    Try contact your shop from which you purchased your cd key🙂

    I did. They said they had nothing to do with it. I have to contact EA.

    I have the same problem. I hope we can resolve this immediately. How can a brand new ps3 game which is still in plastic be like this much troublesome. Is your database free from hackers? You have my email id. Pls reply asap before i bring this to the media.

    I have the exact same problem!!!! Bought mine from gamestop, I dont care who you want to point the finger at just give me the DLC or my money back!
