my stats in the Leaderboards are zero

Hey guys.. here is my problem.
I am level 75 in battlefield, but when I go to Friends Leaderboards or Global leaderboards my stats are all in 0 (zero)!
I have two soldiers in my account, but of them I never used, I think that the Leaderboard Stats is getting the stats from this soldier who I never used before.

I wish I could delete this soldier, but I heard that I can't.

how can I solve this?
