need help !!! someone help plz
- What were you doing before the game froze? starting game
- Where is it freezing? game doesnt even make it to the menu screen freezez black
- What Version of the PS3 or Xbox360 do you have? ps3 3rd gen 300gb im pretty sure
- What class were you playing at the time the game froze? cant play at all...
- Do you have any additional information for us? yes if i cant play the game how do i get a refund for the game and season pass...i would like it not to come to that cause i like the game but i cant play it...i have deleted and reinstalled the game and updates several times also reformatted the system and wiped the hard drive several times rebuilt the data base several times ive tried pretty much everything some help would be appreciated..this started happening when i downloaded the 1.05 update as soon as i upated to that game stopped working...even when i downloaded new 1.06 update still dont work....plz help...
- I believe im the only having this problem ive been on every forum and seen nothing that tells me how to fix and when i post my problem i never get a answer hope this one is different...
