First off all let me say I tihnk its utterly stupid EA dosent have a phone contact, that really pisses me off. Now does anyone know how I could go about getting a refund? Its for a product I purchased online, have not used it or downloaded it. The guide said go to Orgin HISTORY and click a button thats not there, Since EA is completely useless I would appriciate some help.

* hit find solutions
* Then select product in the first selecting bar, account management in the second and select your platform in the last bar.
* Hit find solutions.
Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".
